Coffee and vinegar on the skin: the recipe

To start, take a bowl and pour into it a spoonful of coffee powder, half a spoonful of apple cider vinegar and half a teaspoon of nutritional yeast . If necessary, you can also add a little honey but it is an optional ingredient. Start mixing until all the ingredients are well combined.

It will take a few minutes. Now you can put this mask on the skin of your face or even body. Leave it to act for about 10 minutes and then remove it with plenty of water . Dry your face and apply a very hydrating cream. On the skin of your face, be careful not to rub too much.

Since coffee is present, it can also act as a scrub but for a delicate effect on the face, don’t overdo the exfoliation. It can also be used on arms and legs safely. You can use it once a week to keep your skin young and fresh . Store in a sterilized jar with lid.
