1 litre of boiled water.
Put the spoonful of flour in a glass jar and add the boiled water. Stir with a spoon and wait until it has cooled down. Close the jar with the lid and wait a moment, then open it and mix the solution again. When the mixture has cooled down, filter it through a sieve and pour it into a plastic jug.
